This version makes changes to irrigation, LAI veg (number of crops) and some stability issues.
This version fixes a longstanding issue with the Cover Vegetation Model using too much water. It fixes an error in the root density calculations and introduces a new variable (Proportion of water for no crop stress) to allow users to adjust transpiration rates in both Cover and LAI crops.
2013-10-22 This version sees project "packaging" introduced as a way to share project files and data.
This makes a few changes at the request of a consultant. Note that the default runoff routine is the original one - to implement Brett Robinson's new algorithm - you need to add a "Model Options" template to each scenario and set the variable "Use 2011 Curve No. Fn." to true. We can change this to the default once Brett has properly validated and communicated the changes.
